Terms of Service
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service (the Terms) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (Member, you, or your) and ASAP Hub Pte. Ltd. (UEN: 202215416M), having its registered office at 10 Anson Road, #10-11, International Plaza, Singapore 079903 (ASAP Hub, we, us, or our).
By purchasing, accessing, or using the Socials Made Viral programme (SMV or the Programme), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Programme.
2. The Socials Made Viral Programme
2.1 Description
Socials Made Viral is a live online mentorship programme designed to help businesses grow their social media presence. The Programme includes:
- Live coaching and strategy sessions, recorded and made available to Members
- Direct feedback on content, videos, advertisements, and creatives
- Access to the SMV framework, tools, and resources
- Ad account analysis and content strategy guidance
- Access to a private community of Members
- One live session per month for Members on the introductory access tier
2.2 Delivery
Sessions are conducted online via video conferencing. All live sessions are recorded and uploaded to the Member portal within 24 hours for Members who are unable to attend live. ASAP Hub reserves the right to modify the Programme schedule, format, or content with reasonable prior notice to Members.
3. Membership and Fees
3.1 Subscription Fee
The current monthly subscription fee for Socials Made Viral is USD 799 per month (Membership Fee). ASAP Hub reserves the right to change the Membership Fee upon 30 days written notice to existing Members.
3.2 Payment Methods
Payment may be made by credit card or debit card via Stripe, or by direct bank transfer. Payment details will be provided upon enrolment. All payments must be received in full prior to access being granted for the relevant billing period.
3.3 Recurring Billing
Your membership will automatically renew on a monthly basis on the same date each month unless cancelled in accordance with Clause 4. By providing your payment details, you authorise ASAP Hub to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
3.4 Failed Payments
If a payment fails, ASAP Hub will notify you by email. Access to the Programme may be suspended until payment is received. If payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, ASAP Hub reserves the right to terminate your membership.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time by providing written notice to legal@asaphub.io. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the Programme until the end of the billing period for which payment has been received. No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of a billing period.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 General Policy
All sales are final. ASAP Hub does not offer refunds except as provided under the Results Guarantee in Clause 5.2.
5.2 Results Guarantee
ASAP Hub offers a results-based money-back guarantee (the Guarantee) subject to the following conditions being met in full:
- The Member has attended all live sessions during their membership period, or watched all recordings within 7 days of each session
- The Member has actively implemented all strategies, frameworks, and action steps provided by ASAP Hub
- The Member has used the Programme community chat or support channels to ask questions and seek clarification on any steps they were uncertain about
- The Member has provided documented evidence of implementation including content posted, ad campaigns run, and steps taken, upon request
- The Member has been a paying Member for a minimum of 60 days
- The Member submits a written refund request to legal@asaphub.io with supporting documentation within 7 days of completing 60 days of membership
ASAP Hub will review all Guarantee claims within 14 business days. The determination of whether the conditions have been satisfied is at the reasonable discretion of ASAP Hub. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
The Guarantee applies only to the first membership period and may only be claimed once per Member or business entity.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, frameworks, templates, recordings, methodologies, and resources made available through the Programme (Programme Materials) are the exclusive intellectual property of ASAP Hub Pte. Ltd. and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
As a Member, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Programme Materials solely for your own internal business purposes. You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or share Programme Materials with any third party
- Resell, sublicence, or commercialise any Programme Materials
- Use Programme Materials to create a competing product or service
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on Programme Materials
7. Member Obligations
As a Member, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during enrolment and keep such information updated
- Use the Programme and all associated platforms in a lawful and respectful manner
- Not share your login credentials with any third party
- Not engage in any conduct that disrupts or harms other Members or ASAP Hub
- Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction in connection with your use of the Programme
8. Results Disclaimer
ASAP Hub makes no guarantee of specific results from participation in the Programme. Results vary depending on a wide range of factors including but not limited to the Member's industry, existing audience, budget, implementation effort, and market conditions.
Any testimonials, case studies, or examples of results shared by ASAP Hub are illustrative only and are not guarantees that you will achieve the same or similar outcomes. The Socials Made Viral framework has been designed based on experience across multiple industries, but individual results will differ.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ASAP Hub, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Programme, even if ASAP Hub has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
ASAP Hub's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Programme shall not exceed the total Membership Fees paid by you in the 3 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be subject to good faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the SIAC for the time being in force.
11. Amendments to These Terms
ASAP Hub reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Programme after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ASAP Hub with respect to the Programme and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature.
